Angkas is hiring a Regional Growth Lead on a full-time, on-site basis in the Philippines. The role watches marketplace health across riders and drivers, including supply and demand balance, trip completion, earnings, retention and safety incidents. It turns analysis into operational fixes such as incentive design, driver acquisition targets and process changes, and works with city operations, marketing, finance, product and data teams on city launches and fraud detection.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly marketplace metrics, and build dashboards for city and national performance.
- Analyze supply and demand imbalances by city and zone, and recommend incentives, acquisition targets or repositioning.
- Run root-cause analysis when key metrics miss targets, and design and test operational pilots.
- Support fraud pattern detection, incident analysis and performance tracking for new city launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, engineering, finance or a related quantitative field.
- 1 to 4 years in business operations, strategy, consulting, analytics or a similar role.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas, plus SQL for large datasets.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI, and comfort working with messy real-world data.
Qualifications
- Experience in ride-hailing, logistics, e-commerce or on-demand marketplaces is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn complex data into simple recommendations.
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
