Turnitin seeks a Regional Marketing Specialist for a 12-month agreement to manage integrated campaigns across the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong. Operating in a remote-first setup, the person in this position will handle regional marketing execution for the company's integrity and assessment tools, which are utilized globally by educational institutions, publishers, and corporations. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Regional Marketing and collaborates directly with international marketing, sales, customer experience, and product teams.

This job is suited for a professional who can navigate distinct geographic markets and coordinate seamlessly across multiple time zones. Specifically, the candidate must schedule two days per week with at least a 50 percent overlap—amounting to a minimum of four working hours—with standard Australia business hours to coordinate with local partners, while dedicating the remaining hours and the other three days of the week to UK-focused priorities. The ideal individual combines project management capabilities with hands-on marketing execution skills in SaaS, education, or technology sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Gather market intelligence on education landscapes, competitor behavior, and customer needs across assigned regions
  • Collect customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and event debriefs to shape campaign relevance
  • Produce localized campaign briefs and plans aligned with global goals
  • Activate regional demand generation campaigns across digital and offline channels using global toolkits
  • Coordinate webinars, physical events, and third-party sponsorships alongside the global events team
  • Localize emails, landing pages, and content assets using marketing automation platforms
  • Partner with regional sales teams to align campaigns and maintain lead hand-off processes
  • Track marketing performance metrics such as marketing-qualified leads, conversions, and engagement data
  • Surface customer success stories, case studies, and event speakers
  • Manage vendor coordination, expense tracking, and invoice processing for regional initiatives

Requirements

  • Possem 2 to 4 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, education, or technology industries
  • Demonstrate a strong grasp of business culture in the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong
  • Display native or fluent proficiency in English with robust written and verbal communication skills
  • Bring hands-on familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM applications such as Salesforce and Pardot
  • Commit to working a schedule that provides at least four hours of overlap with Australian business hours two days per week
