The manager needs to understand California EL policy and funding, including the state's EL Roadmap, ELPAC, LCFF and LCAP, and pass field insights to product and sales leaders. Pay is a base salary of $75,000 to $95,000 depending on experience, rising to $105,000 after promotion, plus a commission opportunity of about $65,000 to $85,000 at full quota attainment.
