JFrog invites experienced leadership talent to oversee technical pre-sales and solution engineering as the Regional Vice President, Strategic Solution Engineering (Central). Operating remotely in the United States, this role places the chosen leader at the center of growing the enterprise footprint across key accounts. JFrog builds software delivery platforms trusted by major global organizations to manage, secure, and accelerate code production from development to deployment.
Reporting directly to the VP of Strategics and Field CTO, the incoming executive will direct a team of technical professionals focused on securing major seven- and eight-figure transactions. The position involves forming deep relationships with C-level clients, leading product demonstrations, and coordinating closely with cross-functional groups such as sales, marketing, and product development.
This opportunity fits technology leaders with a background in enterprise SaaS who excel at guiding technical personnel and executing value-based sales methodologies. Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute plans to stimulate revenue growth and client satisfaction among strategic accounts
- Direct and mentor a technical team of professionals to achieve strong customer results
- Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and customer success departments to streamline operational processes
- Interact directly with high-level executive stakeholders to position the platform as a core strategic asset
- Monitor developments in DevOps, DevSecOps, and MLOps to adapt regional approaches effectively
Requirements
- Possess at least ten years of background in enterprise software or SaaS
- Demonstrate a minimum of five years managing solution-oriented or technical personnel
- Show documented capability in closing multi-million dollar deals using MEDDPICC and value-driven sales frameworks
- Bring substantial familiarity with pre-sales duties, needs evaluations, and software demonstrations
- Maintain a willingness to travel for client engagement and team facilitation
