M9 Solutions seeks a Reliability Engineer specializing in Spark and Foundry Workflows to support a client contract located in Washington, DC, operating on a remote basis. M9 Solutions delivers IT services and solutions to more than 30 federal agencies and commercial clients nationwide, focusing on data analytics, cloud migration, software development, and cyber security.
This full-time position centers on mastering platform products, answering mission-critical outages while on-call, and resolving operational obstacles. The chosen candidate will investigate field issues, implement preventative measures, and collaborate internally to boost the reliability and scalability of client data pipelines. Responsibilities
- Build deep familiarity with operational procedures and platform products
