ShyftOff is hiring remote independent contractors to work as Financial Services Agents focusing on inbound card and account support. In this role, you will answer incoming calls from cardholders needing assistance with everyday banking needs, such as activating new cards, replacing lost or stolen items, reviewing balances, managing transfers, processing payments, and addressing disputed charges. You will also handle identity verification, adhere to compliance protocols, identify potential fraudulent activity, and document every call accurately.
This position operates on a 1099 independent contractor basis, allowing you to choose your own hours from a monthly pool of over 20,000 available hours. Coverage is needed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Contractors are required to set up their own remote workspace and provide necessary equipment. Candidates must complete a six-week onboarding path that includes screening, credentialing, and certification.
