Job Description

CrazyGames operates a major browser gaming platform boasting over sixty million active monthly users and is actively expanding its owned intellectual property portfolio. The company functions as a publisher treating each title as an ongoing live product rather than a completed project. A Senior LiveOps Developer is needed to drive mobile and web game progression remotely on a full-time basis.

This position centers on direct code development for live systems including in-game events, player progression frameworks, microtransaction offers, economy balancing, and remote configurations. Candidates will dive into established codebases rather than building brand-new games from scratch. Responsibilities include analyzing game metrics such as retention and monetization to determine subsequent updates, managing live roadmaps, and preparing titles for global release prior to scaling user acquisition.

Ideal candidates possess extensive experience leading live operations for shipped mobile games, bringing a strategic playbook for updates, event planning, and economy tuning. The role suits hands-on developers who write their own code, interpret analytical data to steer development choices, and assume full accountability for product growth across iOS and Android ecosystems alongside web platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Write code for live events, progression systems, offers, economy tuning, and remote config
  • Analyze metrics such as retention, session length, ARPDAU, and conversion to determine next steps
  • Ship seasonal events, content drops, and offers to live games on web and mobile
  • Dive into unfamiliar codebases to plan and integrate new systems safely
  • Determine when a game is ready for global launch and identify necessary prerequisites
  • Design and implement new game modes, progression systems, and monetization hooks
  • Collaborate with the Publishing team on the LiveOps roadmap and feature prioritization
  • Maintain clean Git history and document updates for team efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience running LiveOps on shipped mobile titles
  • Experience navigating mobile soft launches and global launches
  • Minimum 3 years of professional game development experience with shipped titles while remaining hands-on
  • Proficiency in multiple languages and ecosystems, specifically C# and JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Strong grasp of software architecture and object-oriented programming principles
  • Familiarity with analytics, A/B testing, remote config, and live tooling in daily workflows
  • Understanding of monetization and ad software development kits in a LiveOps context
  • Experience using Git effectively in team environments
  • Proficiency in English as the working language

Qualifications

  • Web game development experience
  • Multiplayer and networking experience including client or server architecture, real-time sync, matchmaking, and dedicated servers
  • Game design instincts for creating genre-appropriate features and keeping experiences cohesive
  • Ability to speak Turkish

Core Skills

Benefits

  • Flexible working hours and location
  • One to two team weeks per year with paid flights and accommodation
