Job Description
Foodics is hiring a Renewals Team Leader to supervise a group of Renewal Specialists working on site and manage their day-to-day output. The job involves coaching the team, scheduling daily and weekly portfolio coverage and call plans, holding daily stand-ups and monthly one-to-ones, and making sure renewal processes, playbooks and quality expectations are followed. Where results lag, the leader drafts improvement plans with the Manager.
The leader is the initial escalation contact for accounts at risk, complaints and tough renewals, and joins important calls when necessary. Other tasks include weekly and monthly reports on results, risks and churn causes, passing customer feedback to other teams, rolling out process upgrades, onboarding and training newcomers, and helping with recruitment. Applicants need three to five years of work in customer success, account handling or renewal roles, at least one year of leading or mentoring a team, a proven record on retention or ARR goals and comfort with data. Arabic is required and good English is needed for reporting. Salesforce, Zendesk and experience with Saudi or GCC customers, particularly in F&B, are advantages. The listing is on-site.
