YO AI Labs is hiring Research & Insights Experts for a remote contractor position focused on reviewing, reconstructing, and enhancing executive-level business presentations. This role suits professionals with a background in analytics, market research, or consumer insights who can transform research-based slides into clear, compelling deliverables. Prior artificial intelligence experience is not necessary for this project.
Selected contractors will work within task-based, sprint-driven workflows, spending approximately one to two hours per slide engagement. Responsibilities involve utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint to rebuild slides from reference images while maintaining data accuracy, research context, and methodological details. Candidates will enhance visual storytelling, structure, and executive communication.
Responsibilities
- Reconstruct research and insights slides in Microsoft PowerPoint from reference images
- Utilize materials such as survey results, research reports, segmentation analyses, and competitive landscapes
- Enhance slide design, visual hierarchy, data visualization, and storytelling without altering research accuracy
- Edit and refine content to boost clarity, structure, and executive-level communication
- Produce detailed logs that explain modifications and the rationale for choices made or preserved
- Preserve research context, definitions, methodological notes, and key caveats
- Implement effective visual storytelling, supported titles, message hierarchy, and exhibit selection
- Engage in task-based, sprint-driven workflows with each slide engagement taking one to two hours
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics, consumer insights, market research, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience designing or refining executive- or client-facing Microsoft PowerPoint presentations
- Solid understanding of presentation design and data visualization principles
- Prior experience with research-focused storytelling and slide reconstruction
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities
- Exceptional written communication skills and high attention to detail
- Capacity to justify and explain choices regarding research, messaging, and design
- Familiarity with accurate insight representation and research methodology
Qualifications
- Background as a consultant, industry professional, or research and insights practitioner
- Experience in business analytics, quantitative research, or consumer research
- Familiarity with rubric development, AI training, or AI evaluation
- Strong capability in converting intricate research conclusions into clear executive presentations
