This role centers on directing daily dining operations to boost revenue from both hotel guests and outside visitors while upholding strict safety and comfort protocols for all patrons and personnel.
The person chosen for this position will take charge of coordinating dining room functions, controlling operational expenses according to set financial plans, and managing stock levels. Additional duties involve educating and directing service personnel, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation guidelines, and enforcing proper health standards alongside standard operating procedures for food and beverages.
Responsibilities
- Grow revenue streams targeting both registered hotel guests and outside visitors
- Direct and synchronize all dining room operations
- Keep operational expenses aligned with the established budget
- Oversee all dining establishment stock and inventory
- Train and direct service personnel
- Maintain strict compliance with food and beverage standard operating procedures
- Uphold established facility hygiene benchmarks
- Enforce all relevant health and safety regulations
Requirements
- At least two years of prior work experience in a comparable capacity
