This full-time, on-site role is based at the company corporate headquarters located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The position requires individuals to maintain an on-site presence four to five days a week and involves domestic and international travel approximately twenty-five percent of the time.

Responsibilities
- Manage pop-up retail locations from initial planning through activation closing
- Establish operating procedures, customer workflows, and escalation pathways for retail sites
- Document touchpoints and identify operational gaps across the customer journey
- Author comprehensive guidebooks to standardize practices for Customer Specialists
- Collaborate with Aftersales, Digital, Training, and HR departments on retail initiatives
- Utilize artificial intelligence tools to optimize operational analysis and workflow creation
- Track and measure key performance metrics for location performance and productivity
- Provide operational assistance at corporate office locations when needed
Requirements
- Possess five to seven years of professional background in field operations, retail operations, market launches, or automotive retail
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of project management methods, software, and techniques
- Show proficiency using productivity software and tools like Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and Figma
- Bring experience using customer relationship management, dealer management, or transport management systems
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Commit to working on-site four to five days per week at the Charlotte, North Carolina headquarters
- Willingness to undertake domestic and international travel approximately twenty-five percent of the time
- Be at least eighteen years of age

- Prior management background
- Expert-level familiarity or implementation experience with Salesforce and SuccessFactors software
- Minimum of a High School Diploma, General Educational Development certificate, or equivalent
