Deepgram is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to support and scale the commercial systems, data structures, and workflows that power its go-to-market organization. Operating as a platform for real-time speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice agent technologies, Deepgram serves thousands of developers and organizations worldwide.
This role involves hands-on management of core business operations, including quote-to-cash processes, Salesforce administration, usage-based billing reconciliation, data governance, and troubleshooting system issues. The position suits an individual who enjoys improving workflows, eliminating manual effort through automation and AI tools, and collaborating closely with finance, engineering, and sales teams. Candidates must be comfortable adapting to rapid technological changes and maintaining an AI-first operational mindset.
The role is based remotely out of London, United Kingdom, requiring strong alignment with customer business hours and excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance quote-to-cash operations such as CPQ, order forms, contract changes, subscriptions, and entitlements
- Collaborate with finance and engineering teams on usage, billing, and monetization workflows across multiple systems
- Administer Salesforce by building reports, dashboards, flows, automations, and system enhancements
- Ensure high standards of data quality and governance for accounts, opportunities, contracts, usage records, and customer profiles
- Diagnose and resolve system and process failures by investigating root causes
- Design automation and AI solutions to minimize manual tasks and high-friction workflows
- Assist with systems and reporting linked to forecasting, territory planning, routing, quotas, and commissions
- Partner with the Director of GTM Engineering on requirements gathering, testing, deployment, documentation, and system refinement
Requirements
- Possess three to four or more years of professional background in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or a related field
- Demonstrate strong practical expertise in Salesforce administration, covering reporting, flows, automation, and data management
- Bring experience operating across CRM, CPQ, billing, contract, or alternative GTM platforms
- Exhibit analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a history of optimizing workflows rather than merely following established routines
- Demonstrate willingness to utilize AI and automation technologies to streamline operational duties
- Maintain the ability to collaborate effectively across commercial, financial, and technical departments
- Be based in London with strong overlap to customer business hours and possess excellent written and spoken English skills
Qualifications
- Background working in a usage-based or consumption-based business model
- Familiarity with CPQ and contract generation software
- Prior exposure to billing or metering solutions
- Proficiency in SQL or experience handling GTM and customer data
- Familiarity with automation environments and tools like Claude, Cursor, n8n, Workato, or Retool
- Experience operating inside a high-growth SaaS or AI organization
- Proficiency in additional European languages
