About the role

ShadowDragon is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to lead Marketing Operations and HubSpot execution while supporting key Sales Operations initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, this role will work closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Sales to improve systems, processes, data, and reporting across the customer journey.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can strengthen marketing operations, improve data quality, support scalable processes, and translate revenue data into actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in HubSpot and understands how marketing activity connects to qualified opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.

What you'll do

  • Improve HubSpot across Marketing and Sales, including CRM structure, workflows, automation, campaigns, lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, attribution, reporting, and data governance.
  • Lead the day-to-day execution of Marketing Operations and support Marketing in operationalizing campaigns, events, paid media, content, website conversions, and other demand-generation programs.
  • Build and maintain campaign-tracking and attribution frameworks that connect marketing investment and activity to leads, qualified opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Develop dashboards and recurring insights covering funnel conversion, lead quality, campaign performance, pipeline creation, cost per qualified opportunity, and channel effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate contact, company, account, and opportunity data while improving enrichment, segmentation, associations, and overall database health.
  • Support Sales Operations projects and day-to-day needs in partnership with the Director of Revenue Operations.
  • Manage and optimize integrations across HubSpot and the broader sales and marketing technology stack.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve lead follow-up, routing, campaign execution, and reporting.
  • Establish clear documentation, governance, and quality-control processes for operational changes.
  • Translate performance data into practical recommendations for Marketing, Sales, and Revenue leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related B2B SaaS role.
  • Advanced, hands-on HubSpot experience, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, workflows, campaigns, attribution, reporting, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and data management.
  • Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, campaign operations, funnel analytics, and marketing-to-revenue measurement.
  • Experience with campaign tracking, paid-media measurement, UTM governance, event attribution, lead routing, and marketing automation.
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations for Marketing, Sales, and executive leadership.
  • Strong project management, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic projects with hands-on system administration and execution.
