Mirakl is seeking a Revenue Systems & Automation Analyst to join its Revenue Operations team based in Paris. Operating within a ten-member group that supports all product lines, the successful candidate will help enhance the efficiency and scalability of the sales cycle by maintaining systems, workflows, and automated processes.

This role focuses on administering Salesforce, supporting prospecting and quoting tools, developing n8n workflows and AI-agent processes, and assisting in the deployment of the new AI-enabled CPQ operating model. Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve tools for prospecting, sales execution, quoting, and revenue recognition across business units
- Administer Salesforce by managing users, permissions, workflows, approvals, and data quality
- Collaborate with RevOps Business Analysts and the RevOps Tech Lead on system architecture, integrations, and priorities
- Design, deploy, and maintain AI-agent processes and n8n workflows to automate recurring operational tasks
- Monitor automated processes, troubleshoot failures, and improve performance and usability
- Support the rollout of the new AI-enabled CPQ operating model through requirements coordination, testing, and documentation
- Document solutions, recurring issues, and standard operating procedures to maintain a scalable knowledge base
Requirements
- 1 to 2+ years of experience supporting business applications such as Salesforce, CRM, sales engagement tools, or related Revenue Operations platforms
- Hands-on experience with or strong interest in AI agents, workflow automation, or tools such as n8n
- Full professional proficiency in both English and French at C2 level
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
