  • Maintain the process and knowledge library for accessibility by both personnel and artificial intelligence agents
  • Establish data standards and governance protocols to address data integrity challenges while simplifying customer relationship management fields, objects, and tools
  • Spot and prioritize artificial intelligence and automation use cases, developing AI-ready workflows that feature human checkpoints
  • Map out how conversational and customer data from engagement and sales applications flows into the customer relationship management platform
  • Draft business requirements and acceptance criteria for Salesforce, CPQ, and other go-to-market software while assisting with user acceptance testing and deployment
  • Encourage out-of-the-box platform usage and assist with tool rationalization across the go-to-market technology stack
  • Establish intake and prioritization frameworks for system modifications, design cross-functional changes, and collaborate with enablement teams
  • Establish key performance indicators alongside analytics teams to track data quality and process execution
  • Engage and align senior stakeholders to drive organizational change

Requirements

  • Possess six to ten or more years of experience working in business systems, sales operations, or revenue operations within a business-to-business software-as-a-service organization
  • Demonstrate a history of creating cross-functional go-to-market processes that achieved measurable adoption
  • Bring working knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ alongside the ability to write developer-ready requirements
  • Demonstrate hands-on background implementing automation or artificial intelligence into go-to-market workflows
  • Bring familiarity with data governance practices and process modeling methodologies such as swim-lane diagrams, BPMN, and RACI
  • Understand the broader go-to-market technology ecosystem and data routing between platforms
  • Possess robust project management, change management, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation abilities

Qualifications

  • Hold a Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or CPQ certification
  • Show interest in developing expertise toward go-to-market engineering and artificial intelligence agent development
