Job Description

This part-time role is a virtual position for a Registered Nurse who will coach members, with a focus on Spanish-language support. The schedule runs about 10 hours a week, Monday through Friday, and stays largely fixed once it is set so members have a predictable point of contact. The job is carried out from a home workspace located in the contiguous United States.

Coaching happens by video and phone, with an emphasis on stress, anxiety, depression and similar concerns. Tasks include screening for those concerns, pinpointing education needs through structured assessments, and sending people to other clinical offerings when that suits them. The job also means drafting health plans with individualized, research-backed targets and encouraging people to follow through.

The position fits an RN with a solid clinical background who enjoys inspiring others and can manage independent work. Candidates should be comfortable teaming up with clients and fellow partners, handling administrative work and using common business software. Bilingual Spanish ability is a stated requirement, and candidates may be asked to work across several time zones.

This role sits within Evernorth Workplace Care, a program run by Evernorth Health Services, which operates as a unit of The Cigna Group. The program adapts its approach to each employer using insights drawn from data, with the goal of making care more affordable and predictable.
