Responsibilities
- Conduct Safety Riding Seminars and onboarding sessions for new drivers
- Deliver training materials and procedures according to company standards

- Process driver onboarding and accreditation requirements following training completion
- Keep accurate records of attendance, processed drivers, and training results
- Monitor and assist in achieving driver processing and onboarding targets
- Coordinate with Safety and Operations teams regarding rider readiness and deployment
- Foster a culture of compliance and safety among participating drivers
- Travel or work in different locations as required by operations
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience facilitating Safety Riding Seminars or driver training programs
- Valid LTO Professional Driver’s License for both two-wheel and four-wheel vehicles
- TESDA Driving NC II certification
- Completed forty-hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health training
- Experience operating both two-wheel and four-wheel vehicles
- Strong foundation in road safety principles and defensive driving practices
- Thorough knowledge of road compliance and Philippine traffic laws
- Experience performing rider evaluations and performance assessments
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms
- Ownership of a personal motorcycle
