Angkas is hiring a Safety Trainer on a full-time, on-site basis, assigned to Dasmariñas, Cavite. The trainer runs safety riding seminars and onboarding sessions for new drivers, assesses rider understanding of safety rules and road regulations, and processes accreditation and onboarding paperwork after training. The role keeps attendance and training records, monitors training quality, and works with operations and safety teams on rider readiness.
Responsibilities
- Conduct safety riding seminars and onboarding training sessions for new drivers.
- Assess rider understanding of safety protocols, road regulations and operational guidelines.
- Process driver accreditation and onboarding requirements after training is completed.
- Maintain attendance and training records, and monitor onboarding and driver processing targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (four-year program) in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience facilitating safety riding seminars or conducting driver training programs.
- Valid LTO professional driver's license covering two-wheel and four-wheel vehicles, plus a TESDA Driving NC II certification.
- Completed 40-hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training, and owns a personal motorcycle.
Qualifications
- Experience operating both motorcycles and four-wheel vehicles.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine traffic laws and strong defensive driving practices.
- Experience conducting rider performance assessments, and proficiency in Google Workspace.
