This full-time on-site trade role at SGS in the Philippines manages client applications and documents for PCA and PVoC certification services. The analyst acts as the link between clients, the on-site sales affiliate, the technical review team and laboratories. The job focuses on complete documents, timely certificate of conformity or NCR issuance, and follow-up on pending cases.
Responsibilities
- Process client inquiries and service applications and check document completeness before endorsement.
- Coordinate technical review, corrective actions and certificate decisions with the review team.
- Source accredited laboratories, check their scope, and provide testing requirements.
- Prepare draft and final certificates of conformity or NCRs and keep records in eTrade.
Requirements
- A university degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least two years of experience in international trade, certification or import and export operations.
- Strong document review, compliance assessment and stakeholder coordination skills.
Qualifications
- Proven customer care experience.
- Knowledge of conformity assessment routes, including inspection, testing and documentary review.
- Results-oriented, with strong written communication and attention to detail.
