Responsibilities
- Collect KYC documents and service agreements from clients right after a sale closes.
- Check submitted paperwork for accuracy and completeness before handover to Partner Solutions.
- Serve as the contact between sales and onboarding teams and track new account status.
- Keep CRM records updated and follow up with clients on missing items.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years in sales, merchant acquisition or business development, preferably in fintech, banking or e-commerce.
- Ability to review data, spot discrepancies and solve problems independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
