Comfort with current technology, including AI and agent-based workflows, is expected. A business, marketing or economics degree is ideal.

The target total compensation is $265,000 to $285,000 on-target earnings, combining base salary and variable pay. Final pay depends on experience, qualifications and interview results. Benefits include HMO and PPO health options, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) with a 4 percent match that vests immediately, 16 weeks of paid parental leave after a year on the job, a learning budget, a mobility program, perks, a financial guidance program, and bonus pay where the role qualifies.
