This sales operations analyst position is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, open to UAE nationals (Emirati) living in the city. Its focus is the accuracy of Deliveroo's sales lead records before they reach the sales team. The analyst is the first checkpoint, so salespeople spend their time on verified prospects that are ready for contact.
Cleaner leads raise sales productivity and cut time wasted on invalid or duplicated entries. The analyst checks and tidies large lead lists from internal and outside sources, removes duplicated, invalid or stale entries, and keeps CRM entries current. Routine audits of CRM records and lead data help keep the pipeline trustworthy.
The role also responds to ad hoc requests from the commercial team, targeting productivity gains, data enrichment and better customer experiences, and produces simple reports on how clean the lead pool is and how validation is progressing.
