In this temporary role, the Sales Operations Coordinator will report to the Sales Operations Manager. The position involves validating new item records, populating financial and business unit attributes, managing fulfillment processes, and reviewing order backlogs. The role suits an organized and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities effectively.
The estimated pay range for this position is between $23 and $24 USD per hour, though actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, skills, and business needs. Responsibilities
- Review and validate new item records while populating necessary business unit and financial attributes.
- Conduct quarterly reviews of internal item records and complete required revisions.
- Provide guidance to internal teams regarding item variance resolution.
- Review, process, and fulfill market development fund orders.
- Examine vendor and distributor portals daily to review new invoices and create item fulfillments.
- Assist Sales Operations Specialists with weekly backlog reviews and fulfillment updates.
- Process drop ship orders through the ERP platform when backup coverage is required.
- Troubleshoot discrepancies and deliver recommended solutions.
Requirements
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills for interacting with employees, vendors, and clients
- High organizational, detail-oriented, and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Capacity to approach customer and sales requests in a consultative and proactive manner
