Job Description
RevenueCat operates a mobile monetization platform utilized by over half of newly released subscription applications, processing more than sixteen billion dollars in annual purchase volume. The organization maintains a globally distributed workforce exceeding one hundred fifty staff members spanning multiple countries. This opportunity sits within RC Capital, the company's financial services division offering a product named Early Payouts, which supplies mobile developers with App Store proceeds instantly rather than forcing them to wait up to sixty days.
As a Sales and Operations Specialist for RC Capital, the incumbent functions as a hands-on individual contributor reporting directly to the Vice President of Strategy and Operations. This position involves managing the entire customer journey, ranging from initial prospect identification and sales qualification to onboarding, activation, ongoing service, and portfolio maintenance. The selected professional collaborates closely with cross-functional departments including Sales, Support, Product, Data, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and GTM Operations.
Suitable candidates thrive in ambiguous conditions on an autonomous squad while keeping working hours closely overlapping with US time zones. Daily tasks require balancing commercial drive, customer empathy, rigorous operational discipline, and strict risk awareness. The role demands strong follow-through on inbound and targeted outbound opportunities, applying documented fraud policies, and constructing scalable playbooks that future colleagues can inherit.

- Lead approved customers through onboarding to guarantee they successfully activate and understand how to utilize Early Payouts
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, disputes, and operational issues while coordinating resolutions through support and specialist teams
- Execute documented risk and fraud policies consistently, investigate discrepancies, record decisions, and escalate complex regulatory matters to appropriate internal owners
- Monitor performance metrics across the funnel, support demand, and portfolio health to generate data-driven recommendations for product and leadership teams
- Enhance internal workflows, CRM systems, support ticketing, documentation, and automations utilizing AI tools carefully to minimize manual labor without degrading customer trust
- Collaborate with the marketing department on targeted acquisition campaigns, competitive analyses, and demand-generation content
Requirements
- Accumulate at least 4 years of high-ownership, customer-facing experience in commercial or operational domains such as sales, account management, customer success, or customer operations
- Demonstrate a documented history of advancing opportunities through a commercial pipeline while handling a substantial volume of customer relationships
- Possess 1 to 2 years of practical marketing or growth background managing CRM-driven outreach or campaigns
- Show operational judgment in defining next steps, enforcing policies uniformly, and identifying when issues require specialist escalation
- Display analytical proficiency in navigating CRM, support, and data analytics systems to evaluate performance funnels
- Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills appropriate for managing prospects, client onboarding, and executive updates
- Sustain working hours that genuinely overlap with US time zones while functioning comfortably within an autonomous team
Qualifications
- Obtain direct experience handling payment operations, underwriting, fraud prevention, dispute management, or compliance workflows
- Demonstrate past involvement launching a new business line, product, or operating motion prior to the creation of a formal playbook
- Exhibit knowledge concerning mobile applications, subscription models, developer utilities, or App Store economics
- Contribute successfully to lifecycle marketing campaigns, user-facing content creation, or experimental growth initiatives
- Familiarize oneself with tools such as Salesforce, Notion, Linear, Intercom, Zendesk, Slack, Zoom, and product analytics platforms
