Paynada is a growing company that transforms how businesses handle financial solutions and payments. The organization is currently seeking a Sales Recruiter to join their team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a full-time, fully remote basis.
This position focuses on identifying, engaging, and hiring high-performing sales professionals across sectors such as FinTech, Payroll, HCM, Merchant Services, and Payments. The role suits a proactive recruiter who can build candidate pipelines, partner with hiring leaders, and operate effectively in a home-based environment.
The person in this role will use various sourcing tools and methods to connect top talent with career opportunities while serving as a brand ambassador for Paynada.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing passive candidates from industries like Payroll, HCM, PEO, Payments, Merchant Services, and FinTech
- Utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and industry groups to discover talent
- Building and maintaining active pipelines of qualified applicants for current and future needs
- Creating innovative sourcing strategies to navigate competitive talent markets
- Conducting candidate screenings via phone and video to assess skills, background, cultural fit, and motivation
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to determine talent priorities and requirements
- Managing the candidate journey from first contact through the offer stage
- Representing Paynada as a brand ambassador and explaining the company value proposition
- Tracking recruitment data and candidate profiles within ADP Workforce Now and other systems
- Meeting or exceeding defined hiring goals and recruitment performance metrics
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within sectors like Payroll, HCM, PEO, Merchant Services, FinTech, or B2B sales
- Demonstrated background in sourcing and hiring revenue-generating professionals such as account executives and outside sales personnel
- Familiarity with Payment Processing, HCM, Payroll, or Merchant Services industries
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other contemporary sourcing applications
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, specifically ADP Workforce Now
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting technology
- Dependable home internet service and a dedicated home workspace
