This role suits professionals who excel at managing multiple tasks, operating independently, and communicating effectively across all levels of an organization. Daily duties involve supplying product details to internal staff and producer groups, maintaining accurate financial and product knowledge across multiple carriers, and utilizing a CRM platform to document illustration requests for sales tracking. Candidates will also handle telephone and illustration turnaround workflows while adhering to department service level agreements.

Responsibilities
- Deliver product and carrier information to internal staff and producer groups
- Keep up-to-date financial and product knowledge for all carriers
- Learn and utilize internal and carrier software systems
- Generate accurate illustrations tailored to the competitive life insurance market
- Supply producers with marketing materials and requested illustrations
- Track all pre-sale activities proactively
- Record requested illustrations in a CRM system for follow-up purposes
- Engage in internal and carrier training to understand industry trends, products, and markets
- Adhere to departmental service level agreements and workflows regarding phone and illustration turnaround times
Requirements
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
- Provide customer service to external and internal clients
- Manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks
