Altus Group is seeking a remote Salesforce Business Analyst based anywhere within the United States. Reporting directly to the Director of Enterprise Business Applications, this hands-on position bridges the gap between technical delivery and operational requirements. The professional in this role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and the Enterprise Applications team to transform commercial objectives into actionable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.
The ideal candidate possesses strong business analysis methodologies and technical familiarity with Salesforce objects, automation, and reporting capabilities. Key duties involve evaluating current workflows, generating user stories and criteria, configuring the platform, and guiding users through testing and adoption. This full-time opportunity provides a base salary ranging from USD 95,000 to USD 105,000 per year, alongside comprehensive incentive plans and total rewards supporting overall well-being. Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to evaluate workflows, gather requirements, and discover operational inefficiencies
- Produce clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable solution specifications
- Collaborate alongside developers and administrators to design and configure Salesforce features
- Support standard capabilities within Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Revenue Cloud
- Build reports and dashboards to provide teams with actionable business data
- Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure systems fulfill business needs
- Contribute to documentation, training programs, and change management initiatives
Requirements
- Demonstrated skill in business analysis, gathering stakeholder needs, and drafting user stories
- Practical knowledge of Salesforce configuration, standard and custom objects, automation, and data access controls
- Hands-on experience supporting technical delivery, testing, validation, and implementation
- Strong communication skills to connect technical and business groups
Qualifications
- Certified as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator
