The selected candidate will function as a hands-on contributor and technical leader, guiding teams through functional, integration, system, user acceptance, regression, and performance validation cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary quality assurance point of contact for clients, technical leads, and project colleagues
  • Partner with solution architects, developers, business analysts, and project managers to establish testing strategies and address risks early
  • Manage quality assurance program operations including resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder reporting
  • Maintain active quality dashboards and prepare testing status reports for weekly steering committees and go or no-go decisions
  • Coordinate sandbox and staging environments alongside release deployments and testing schedules
  • Lead launch readiness evaluations by compiling metrics, risk summaries, and formal sign-off paperwork
  • Provide post-launch support through production issue triage, hotfix validation, and known issues log maintenance
  • Validate prompt regression and generative artificial intelligence capabilities using sampling techniques and accuracy benchmarks
  • Author test strategies, detailed scenario-based test cases, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices mapped to project scope
  • Execute functional, integration, regression, exploratory, performance, and user acceptance testing loops
  • Manage the complete defect lifecycle encompassing creation, triage, prioritization, service level agreement tracking, and trend analysis

Requirements

  • Have three to six years of experience working in quality assurance roles
  • Possess at least four years of hands-on experience covering functional, integration, system, and automated testing for Salesforce or Amazon Web Services Connect implementations
  • Demonstrate lead delivery experience on at least one contact center and interactive voice response telephony project utilizing platforms such as Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, Twilio, Avaya, Cisco, or Genesys
  • Maintain proficiency with enterprise testing tools including Jira, Azure DevOps, Zephyr Scale, TestRail, or qTest
  • Show familiarity with version control systems and pipeline configuration platforms like GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
  • Bring experience using user interface automation, application programming interface testing utilities, and performance evaluation tools
