MetroStar is seeking a remote Salesforce Systems Administrator to support Army recruiting operations through the configuration and continuous improvement of the AIE Recruiting Platform. In this full-time position, the professional will collaborate with product managers, developers, government stakeholders, and analysts to optimize system functionality, enhance user adoption, and streamline business processes. This role is well-suited for a technical specialist who has experience managing enterprise CRM platforms and wants to leverage emerging AI capabilities such as Einstein AI and Agentforce to drive productivity.

Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the AIE Recruiting Platform on Salesforce
- Configure objects, page layouts, security settings, validation rules, workflows, and Flows
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate with developers, product leads, and government stakeholders on new capabilities
- Develop reports, analytics, and dashboards for leadership decision-making
- Monitor platform performance, data quality, and user adoption metrics
- Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate resolution across technical teams
- Utilize generative AI, Einstein AI, and Agentforce to improve recruiter productivity
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, DoD, and Army privacy standards
- Create system documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials
Requirements
- Experience administering Salesforce environments in a professional setting
- Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, user management, data management, and security models
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Proficiency with Salesforce Flow, profiles, permission sets, reports, and dashboards
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving application issues
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and iterative delivery practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in an applicable field plus one full academic year of graduate education in a specialized field
- OR Bachelor degree in a specialized field plus two years of applicable experience
- OR Bachelor degree in any field with a minimum of three years of specialized experience
- Experience working with system integrations, APIs, and third-party applications
- Knowledge of AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities including Einstein AI, Agentforce, or predictive analytics
- Understanding of software development lifecycle concepts and system requirements analysis
