Job Description
Elfonze Technologies is hiring a remote SAP BTP Integration Suite Developer to manage the design, construction, and delivery of intricate interfaces spanning Cloud Integration, API Management, and Event Mesh. This hands-on role takes integration projects from the functional specification stage all the way through to go-live deployment.
The position requires an integration specialist capable of creating production-grade integration flows for multi-system and transformation-heavy environments. The developer will configure API proxies with appropriate security and rate control policies, establish Event Mesh architectures from end to end, and oversee interface delivery through unit testing, transport operations, and cutover support. Furthermore, the individual will be responsible for resolving message failures while limiting downstream disruption, and collaborating with system administrators regarding tenant connectivity and role management.
Responsibilities
- Construct production-grade integration flows for multi-system and transformation-heavy scenarios
- Design and configure API proxies within API Management, incorporating security, mediation, and rate control policies
- Establish Event Mesh architecture from end to end, including brokers, queues, topics, and consumer integration flow wiring
- Manage the complete interface delivery lifecycle from technical specifications through unit testing, transport pipelines, and cutover assistance
- Investigate message failures and trace errors to prevent downstream disruption
- Collaborate with Basis and BTP administrators to manage destinations, tenant connectivity, and user roles
Requirements
- Experience with Cloud Integration adapters such as SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, RFC, SFTP, AS2, JMS, AMQP, and Mail
- Proficiency in complex integration flow patterns including content-based routing, splitting, aggregation, asynchronous decoupling, and parallel branches
- Ability to utilize XSLT and Groovy for custom logic and data transformations
- Competence in designing error handling, retry logic, and exception subprocesses
- Knowledge of externalized parameters, security artifacts, monitoring, and tracing
- Familiarity with API Management proxy design, policy authoring, mediation, and end-to-end security settings including OAuth 2.0, API keys, and mTLS
- Understanding of rate limiting, quota enforcement, and spike arrest policies
- Experience with Event Mesh broker setup, queues, topics, subscriptions, and REST delivery points
- Familiarity with SAP landscape integration involving S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors Employee Central, Ariba, CTMS, and Cloud ALM
