The primary purpose of this role is to operate, maintain, and enhance SAP Cloud Integration solutions that link SAP S/4HANA with various business applications. Approximately 70 percent of the time is dedicated to operations, while 30 percent focuses on development tasks. The successful professional will take technical ownership of integration solutions following project handover, ensuring reliable production performance while executing continuous improvements and change requests.

Responsibilities
- Assume day-to-day technical ownership of approved SAP Cloud Integration solutions through their full lifecycle after project handover.
- Monitor integration flows, message processing, platform health, and runtime metrics.
- Analyze and resolve standard incidents while diagnosing issues across SAP CI and connected source and target applications.
- Fix defects, implement standard change requests, and deploy corrections using established release and transport processes.
- Develop and modify standard SAP Cloud Integration flows, configure required protocols and technologies, and build or adjust XML/JSON transformations and XPath expressions.
- Manage solution-specific certificates, credentials, and configurations to maintain security and compliance.
- Contribute SAP CI expertise to the incident-management process, handling standard cases independently and escalating complex issues to senior staff.
- Maintain technical and operational documentation covering troubleshooting findings, procedures, and solution knowledge.
- Promote integration artifacts across development, quality assurance, and production environments using SAP Cloud Transport Management.
- Support the setup and maintenance of secure encrypted communication channels using SAP Cloud Connector and related connectivity services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Two to four years of hands-on SAP Cloud Integration experience
- Proven experience developing and modifying standard integration flows
- Experience supporting SAP CI integrations in production, including monitoring, incident analysis, and defect resolution
- Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA systems
- Hands-on configuration ability using required protocols and technologies
- Skills in creating and adjusting XML/JSON transformations and XPath expressions
- Sound knowledge of technologies such as Java, JSON, XML, REST, and SOAP, alongside integration solutions like API, ETL, and ESB
- Experience managing certificates, credentials, releases, and transports
- Confident written and verbal English communication skills
