Nagarro is hiring an SAP Consultant Compliance (m/f/d) for a full-time position with remote work options. Nagarro operates as a digital product engineering company with a global workforce of 18,000 experts across 38 countries. Its SAP business unit serves as an IT full-service provider for complex enterprise resource planning landscapes and critical business applications, employing over 1,000 personnel who support medium-sized businesses and international enterprises.
In this role, the SAP Consultant Compliance will focus on innovative SAP S/4HANA compliance initiatives for customers. Responsibilities involve evaluating client environments, developing tailored authorization frameworks, and executing them in alignment with Segregation of Duties standards. The professional will refine future workflows for user and authorization administration, associated organizational structures, and underlying platforms throughout all project stages from conception to rollout, alongside providing second and third-level support. Interested candidates can also take on partial project management responsibilities and assist with presales initiatives within a dynamic, non-hierarchical work culture.
Responsibilities
- Engage in innovative SAP S/4HANA compliance customer projects
- Analyze customer situations and design suitable authorization concepts
- Implement authorization concepts in compliance with the Segregation of Duties
- Optimize future processes for SAP user and authorization management, associated organizations, and underlying systems
- Support project phases including conception, design, customizing, roll out, and 2nd and 3rd-level support
- Take over partial project management in customer projects if interested
- Support presales activities if interested
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in the SAP authorizations environment
- Diverse experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Active participation in greenfield and brownfield implementations
- Experience in the independent design of SAP authorization concepts as well as their implementation and rollout
- Business fluency in German
- Fluency in English
Qualifications
- Knowledge in SAP Compliance
- Knowledge in Separation of Functions / SoD
- Knowledge in SAP GRC and SAP GRC Access Control
