Job Description
DoiT is a worldwide technology company that helps cloud-first organizations run well-architected, scalable multicloud estates. Its cloud partnerships span Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud, and it serves over 4,000 clients around the world. The company is hiring a Scaled Account Manager for its Americas account management group. The job is full-time and remote, and applicants must be based in North America.
The account manager owns the commercial relationship and strategy for a large book of accounts, mainly small and mid-sized businesses. Using data and a repeatable coverage approach, the manager finds clients that are scaling quickly, growing their cloud use or needing deeper technical help. Duties include safeguarding renewals, flagging risks early and building mitigation plans, identifying expansion opportunities in new workloads, migrations, cost work and DoiT products, and keeping stages and forecasts accurate in Salesforce.
The role works alongside customer success staff, FDEs, DoiT experts and the teams at cloud vendors. It runs customer meetings covering FinOps, product demos, commitment planning and escalations, and passes product feedback and market intelligence to product, engineering, marketing and sales colleagues.
Applicants need two years or more in account management, customer success or customer engineering, plus three years or more at a technology company. Clear English in writing and speech, technical fluency enough to work with engineering teams, and an analytical, detail-minded habit are expected. Experience with AWS, Google Cloud or other large public clouds, FinOps practice, Kubernetes, AI or data platforms, and cloud certifications would be advantageous.
