This remote, full-time contract position lasts for six months and involves guiding patients through their digital healthcare journey via phone, email, live chat, and internal software systems.

In this role, specialists assist patients with onboarding, billing inquiries, product education, order tracking, and general troubleshooting across the company website and mobile application. Candidates will handle high volumes of interactions while balancing productivity targets with quality standards. Team members will work assigned 4x10 schedules averaging 40 hours per week, which include mandatory evening, weekend, and holiday availability. Scheduled shifts run from 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM Eastern Time across different rotation patterns, though these specific schedule configurations are unavailable to residents of California. The hourly pay rate is set at $24 per hour. Employees living within the tri-state New York area attend headquarters on Tuesdays and Thursdays, while individuals residing outside this region participate in periodic in-person gatherings throughout the year. Medical coverage is accessible through an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement beginning on the first day of the month after sixty days on the job, and a 401(k) plan featuring a company match is also provided.

Responsibilities

  • Manage patient inquiries across phone, email, live chat, and internal channels while meeting productivity and quality benchmarks
  • Assist patients with onboarding, account management, order tracking, billing inquiries, and general troubleshooting on the website and mobile app
  • Route clinical, technical, or operational issues to the correct internal teams or healthcare professionals
  • Document interactions accurately and adhere to workflows, policies, and safety protocols
  • Stay informed regarding new company initiatives, treatment offerings, and product updates
  • Report recurring trends, workflow challenges, and potential solutions to enhance operations
  • Take part in peer shadowing, coaching sessions, training activities, and team collaborations

Requirements

  • Possess one to two years of background working in remote or hybrid customer-facing environments
  • Demonstrate experience assisting customers or patients across telephone and email channels
  • Show proficiency in learning operational tools and navigating software technology
  • Maintain availability for scheduled evening, weekend, and designated holiday shifts
  • Refrain from residing in California for the available 4x10 shift schedules

Qualifications
