Chainguard is seeking a Security Analyst specializing in Governance and Trust to join their team. In this role, the analyst will combine security assurance operations with the governance and maintenance of AI agents utilized by the Governance and Trust team. Responsibilities include ensuring customer security documentation is current, managing security questionnaire responses, and auditing AI agent behavior to prevent drift and maintain reliability. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable handling security content and applying practical AI solutions to security operations.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the internal collection of responses used for customer security questionnaires
- Keep Trust Center content and public security materials accurate and updated
- Manage customer-facing security artifacts utilized in sales processes
- Ensure security documentation aligns with current products, architecture, and practices
- Establish repeatable workflows for reviewing, versioning, updating, and publishing assurance content
- Identify inconsistencies, gaps, and outdated information prior to customer sharing
- Maintain and update AI agents deployed by the Governance and Trust team
- Audit agents routinely to check for reliability, quality, accuracy, and drift
- Refresh instructions, prompts, and reference materials for AI agents as requirements shift
- Define practical standards for maintaining AI-enabled workflows within governance and security contexts
- Document agent changes, behaviors, review outcomes, and limitations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify ways to enhance the usefulness of AI-assisted security work
Requirements
- Experience working in GRC, security operations, security assurance, customer trust, or related security fields
- Background in maintaining audit evidence, security questionnaires, data flow diagrams, Trust Center content, or customer-facing security artifacts
- Strong attention to detail with a disciplined focus on quality review, version control, and documentation
- Familiarity working with AI models or AI-enabled workflows, specifically maintaining existing agents or models rather than building them from scratch
- Knowledge of prompt evaluation, prompt engineering, or comparable techniques to boost AI system performance
- Capability to evaluate whether AI-generated outputs are complete, accurate, and consistent with source information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate security concepts into customer-ready content
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- Sound judgment, curiosity, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Experience supporting customer security reviews or completing security questionnaires
- Familiarity with assurance content management, security documentation libraries, or Trust Centers
- Experience maintaining reference content, evaluating prompts, or auditing AI agents
- Familiarity with responsible AI practices, risk, compliance, or security governance
- Experience creating or maintaining technical artifacts like data flow diagrams
