The implementation lead handles onboarding, linking systems, setup and everyday uptake of the platform. The role works with Investigations, Executive Protection, Corporate Security, the GSOC, Business Continuity and Workplace Violence Prevention staff, plus enterprise risk colleagues, to set requirements and workflows covering threat intelligence, case handling and investigations.
Beyond platform delivery, the position concentrates on modernizing command center operations, sharpening situational awareness, and linking the platform to existing enterprise data sources and APIs through integrations and automation. The lead also oversees vendors, implementation partners and multi-team delivery groups, keeping plans, risks and stakeholder updates clear.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Ontic platform implementation, configuration and adoption across several security functions
- Define requirements and workflows with Corporate Security stakeholders
- Design processes for threat intelligence, investigations, person-of-interest tracking and case management
- Set governance, reporting and operating standards for proactive risk work
- Collaborate with GSOC leadership on situational awareness and incident monitoring
- Consolidate and simplify the work of the command center
- Build integrations between Ontic and enterprise platforms, data sources and APIs
- Assess where AI could help, prototype solutions and take the successful ones live
- Oversee vendor relationships and the outside partners and internal delivery groups involved
Requirements
- At least five years creating enterprise solutions for security, risk intelligence or command center environments
- Proven record leading large security platform implementations and operational change programs
- Experience partnering with corporate security, risk and investigations groups
- Background running vendor relationships and multi-team delivery programs
- Experience creating operating models, governance processes and security workflows
- Skill at converting security-side business needs into technology that scales
- Capable of managing stakeholders, communicating clearly, solving problems and leading delivery
- Enterprise platform engineering with Java, listed as a mandatory skill
Qualifications
- Hands-on background running Ontic or a similar platform used for risk, protective intel or case work
- Prior work helping enterprise risk and security units, such as GSOC or investigations groups
- Understanding of how threats are assessed, gathered as intelligence and handled during incidents
- Some exposure to physical security tools such as badge access systems, guest check-in software and camera management
- Involvement in projects that modernized security programs
