Coins.ph is hiring a Senior Account Manager for its International Remittance team in Manila, on a full-time hybrid basis. The role grows merchant and partner relationships to lift transaction volume and retention, negotiates merchant discount rates and service agreements, and coordinates onboarding with product, technology and operations. The manager is the main contact for merchant queries and covers accounts across North America, Latin America, EMEA and Asia-Pacific.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen merchant and partner relationships to drive transaction volume and retention.
- Negotiate merchant discount rates, commercial terms and service agreements.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify growth and upsell opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for merchant queries, support requests and escalations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years in key account management or business development in fintech, banking, payments or e-commerce.
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and turn it into account growth actions.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with remittance, payment gateways or digital wallets.
- Familiarity with Web3, crypto products or blockchain is an advantage.
- Ability to speak and understand Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
