The role finds e-commerce stores, marketplaces and subscription businesses that could use QR Ph-compliant payments, runs product demos and proposals, and manages the full sales cycle through contract and onboarding. The manager stays the main contact for online merchants and passes market feedback back to improve the offering.
Responsibilities
- Find and engage online merchants such as e-commerce stores, marketplaces and subscription services.
- Run product demos and write proposals that show how the payment solution fits each merchant.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to contract and onboarding.
- Support merchant integration with tech and compliance teams and track results against targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years in sales, business development or merchant acquisition, ideally in fintech, payments or e-commerce.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and close deals.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with QR Ph, payment gateways, digital wallets or e-commerce integrations is a strong advantage.
- Ability to speak and understand Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
- Works well both as a team player and independently.
