Job Description
Colibri Group, a prominent provider of online professional education serving over a million learners annually, is seeking a Senior Account Manager, EDP (B2B) to oversee and expand partnerships for Moreland University. Moreland University operates as a nationally accredited postgraduate institution that supports K-12 educators through collaborative online learning, advanced degrees, teacher certification, and its Educator Development Program (EDP). This remote, full-time position focuses on nurturing existing relationships with school districts, charter networks, and state agencies rather than hunting for new logos.
The role suits a strategic account leader capable of navigating K-12 procurement, budgeting, and decision-making processes. The professional will own a portfolio of clients, direct renewal and expansion strategies, lead executive-level engagement, conduct discovery regarding educator workforce challenges, and negotiate multi-year agreements. Success in this capacity involves coordinating internal delivery teams across admissions, academics, legal, and finance while maintaining accurate pipeline data in HubSpot or Salesforce.
Colibri Group values love, joy, boldness, teamwork, and curiosity, embedding these principles into its organizational culture. The company is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Candidates should enjoy solving complicated customer challenges, building executive trust, and sustaining long-term partnerships that strengthen teacher pipelines and address staffing vacancies.

- Lead recurring business reviews and engage key stakeholders across human resources, academics, finance, and procurement.
- Investigate the educator workforce lifecycle to identify uncertified staff, turnover, vacancies, and reporting gaps.
- Collaborate with the B2B2C Client Engagement Account Manager to qualify program readiness and prepare custom proposals.
- Drive pricing discussions and contract negotiations alongside legal and finance departments.
- Coordinate with admissions and academics to align delivery expectations and program commitments.
- Cultivate access to superintendents and board members through internal champions and executive support.
- Partner with marketing on webinars, administrator forums, and association events.
- Maintain CRM data hygiene and review forecasts weekly with leadership.
