Netcompany is looking for a Senior AI Developer to join its growing technology team. In this role, the selected candidate will build, deploy, and maintain machine learning and artificial intelligence applications for clients. The position involves collaborating with data scientists and engineers throughout the complete project lifecycle, from initial data preparation through to production deployment and performance monitoring. Responsibilities also include applying responsible AI governance principles, building MLOps pipelines, and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement data science and AI applications by turning specifications into technical components
- Apply machine learning techniques to analyze data and address client problems alongside senior team members
- Build, test, and deploy machine learning models into live production environments
- Design and maintain MLOps pipelines to keep solutions scalable and maintainable
- Communicate technical findings clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Apply responsible AI principles and adhere to governance and compliance standards
- Guide and mentor junior data scientists and engineers
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and C#
- Experience with cloud AI services such as Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AI
- Hands-on practice using machine learning libraries including scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Practical knowledge of algorithms such as regression, decision trees, random forest, XGBoost, k-means, anomaly detection, and time series forecasting
- Understanding of model evaluation and explainability concepts like bias, overfitting, and cross-validation
- Experience developing end-to-end monitoring for artificial intelligence
- Eligibility for Security Clearance
