The organization seeks a Senior AI Engineer specializing in AI Automation to join the team as an embedded specialist for Product, Product Marketing, and Design. This practitioner crafts the applications, automations, and agents that accelerate workflows for internal teams. Rather than waiting behind a ticketing system, this role sits directly alongside the groups it supports throughout the entire product lifecycle, spanning initial discovery through official launch and adoption.
This position requires an individual who can transform abstract concepts into functional prototypes within hours and deploy same-day production fixes to shared tools. The work involves shifting manual, repetitive tasks into automated systems so colleagues can focus on customer needs and critical judgment. Responsibilities
- Build automated agents, applications, and tools to help Product, Product Marketing, and Design teams operate at a larger scale
- Transform rough concepts into working prototypes within hours and release same-day production fixes for shared agent systems
- Develop reusable and maintained components to speed up future builds and prevent duplicated efforts
- Translate non-technical requirements from colleagues into functional technical solutions
- Provide teams with direct access to data insights through customized internal tooling
Requirements
- Strong software engineering experience using Python or TypeScript to ship production-grade code
- Demonstrated AI fluency with hands-on experience building agentic solutions on current frontier models, including evals, retrieval, observability, and MCP
- Daily utilization of AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code
- Senior scope capability to own problems end-to-end with minimal direction while remaining comfortable with ambiguity
Qualifications
- Prior experience taking requirements from non-technical stakeholders and uncovering underlying needs
- Track record of building solutions that non-technical teams successfully adopted and utilized on an ongoing basis
- Demonstrated applied AI fluency within the top ten percent of operators for structuring problems and accelerating workflows
