  • Create documentation and training resources to help others independently utilize created insights and assets
  • Partner with product managers to spot and quantify opportunities for new energy offerings, smart charging designs, and incentive structures
  • Design and update data models, interactive dashboards, and automated reports within the business intelligence infrastructure
  • Collaborate across engineering, data science, product, client success, and partnership divisions to establish business logic and research queries

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of background working as a data analyst
  • Experience building analytics dashboards and automated reporting tools
  • Experience assessing and enhancing data quality while handling high-volume, messy, time-series information from external providers
  • Ability to communicate analytical findings and translate them into actionable business or product strategies
  • Proficiency with at least one business intelligence platform, a cloud data warehouse, a data transformation framework, and data science utilities

Qualifications

  • Deep background utilizing dbt, Snowflake, and SQL
  • Prior involvement working with connected-vehicle, electric vehicle, charging, IoT, or utility industry data
  • Experience handling third-party API information feeds and establishing data contracts
  • Strong background in mathematics and statistics
  • Experience supporting go-to-market decisions and product discovery via quantitative analysis
