The Assistant Manager in Program Operations, based in Bengaluru, spots key problems, sets priorities, proposes solutions and drives them into action. The post comes with wide freedom to pick the team and processes needed, and works with the product team when a solution needs technology changes.
Responsibilities include shaping strategy as the program grows, owning important decisions for fast scale-up, and tracking logistics control-tower metrics to lift fulfilment results. The role gives planning and business finance colleagues input on allocation changes, supplies insights that help operations teams choose where to intervene, and briefs Meesho's leaders at business reviews.
