This role focuses on managing the entire quality lifecycle for assigned bid submissions, steering the process from initial storyboarding all the way to final delivery. Professionals stepping into this position will oversee all quality elements for their assigned responses, making sure every output meets strict compliance standards while remaining persuasive and accurate.
The successful candidate will excel at teamwork and persuasion, comfortably partnering with a wide variety of internal colleagues such as Subject Matter Experts and Sector Directors. By building strong professional relationships, the Senior Author maintains high stakeholder confidence that all submitted materials reach exceptional standards. Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end quality process for allocated responses from storyboard development to final submission
- Take responsibility for all quality aspects of assigned responses

- Ensure all outputs are high-quality, compliant, and compelling
