This hybrid position centers on building data pipelines, establishing semantic metrics layers, and designing self-serve reporting to support operational and risk decision-making across the bank.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Tableau or comparable BI dashboards
- Use SQL to explore data, construct structured datasets, and deliver repeatable analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business challenges into practical analytical solutions
- Define, document, and maintain clear and trusted metrics
- Deliver recurring management information and self-serve reporting for operational and risk decisions
- Partner with Analytics Engineering to design core data models and modernize stored-procedure logic
- Enhance data quality, reporting standards, and the usability of analytics outputs
- Support performance monitoring across operational or risk-focused domains
Requirements
- Experience in a BI, analytics, or reporting role creating reliable production datasets and self-serve insight
- Strong SQL proficiency for handling large and complex datasets
- Experience working with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Background in data modelling or dbt, including pipeline building and documentation
- Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and a focus on data accuracy
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
