Job Description
This full-time on-site business analyst role sits in SGS's IT corporate team in Manila. The analyst works with business and function stakeholders to resolve incidents and requests, documents requirements and oversees user acceptance testing. The role also coordinates escalated support with an outsourced application support provider.
Responsibilities
- Assess needs and document requirements, then support prioritization of requests.
- Write epics, user stories, functional designs and acceptance criteria, and oversee UAT.
- Coordinate second and third level support with the outsourced application support provider.
- Monitor escalated issues and run service quality checks on tickets and requests.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or master's degree with an IT or computer science background.
- Three to five years of experience with Oracle EBS R12 in order to cash, record to report, procure to pay or supply chain processes.
- Experience supporting unit, regression and user acceptance testing.
Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion Cloud experience is desirable, and automated testing experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience managing external suppliers such as Oracle.
- Ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
