This full-time position is designated as a remote role specifically open to candidates located in Brazil. The professional joining this team will safeguard billing accuracy and revenue streams by investigating incidents, managing the RAID discrepancy analysis tool, and collaborating closely with information technology, finance, and operations groups.
Responsibilities
- Investigate billing, payment, invoicing, identity, fraud, and client master data incidents to discover anomalies, estimate potential monetary losses, and trace issues back to their origin.
- Monitor remedy implementation to guarantee correct revenue flow execution.
- Partner with finance, operations, and IT groups to resolve revenue assurance complications.
- Maintain thorough documentation of billing procedures, discoveries, analysis outcomes, and resolutions to support future tracking.
- Operate and maintain the RAID tool, executing discrepancy analyses and aiding other teams with its utilization.
Requirements
