Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for members and providers across messaging, phone, and live chat channels
- Assist members with program enrollment, pharmacy and clinic coordination, and appointment scheduling
- Apply product and benefits knowledge to navigate complex care requests and resolve escalations
- Handle specialized workflows including verification phone calls, partnership questions, and clinic support
- Execute quality assurance reviews across company products and report trends to leadership
- Identify and triage technical issues alongside product and operations teams
- Engage in service recovery initiatives and contribute to customer feedback loops
- Mentor junior support personnel through collaborative problem-solving
Requirements
- At least two years of experience working in high-volume customer service environments
- Demonstrated background providing support through live chat, telephone, and messaging
- Prior experience operating in the healthtech, insurance, or fertility benefits sectors
- Effective written and verbal communication capabilities with high empathy
- Strong organizational aptitude and attention to detail to manage multiple parallel workstreams
- Active United States work authorization
- Residency in one of the approved states: AZ, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, or WI
Qualifications
