Job Description
Docplanner operates a digital healthcare network connecting over three hundred thousand practitioners with roughly one hundred million monthly patients across thirteen markets. Its division, Noa, develops artificial intelligence tools designed to eliminate administrative burdens for medical professionals, streamline decision-making, and assist patients in navigating healthcare utilizing personal medical history. The organization seeks a Senior Clinical Product Lead to shape artificial intelligence software that safely undertakes repeatable clinical operations.
This position acts as the bridge between clinical practice, product development, and artificial intelligence. The person in this position will translate authentic medical workflows into functional software features, establish quality standards for artificial intelligence outputs, and ensure safety measures align with regulatory frameworks such as EU MDR requirements. As the first dedicated clinical product hire, this professional will establish foundational practices and expand clinical expertise across product teams.
This opportunity suits a medical doctor with experience building digital health or artificial intelligence solutions who wants to work in an international setting. Collaboration happens closely with product managers, artificial intelligence researchers, designers, engineers, regulatory specialists, and a network of consultant doctors.

- Identify clinical failure modes to define acceptable and unacceptable system behavior
- Direct clinical evaluation strategies, defining test mixes across medical specialties and edge cases
- Convert model errors and clinician feedback into concrete product and model enhancements
- Align intent, evidence, risk management, and controls alongside machine learning and regulatory teams
- Construct feedback loops involving practicing physicians and the consultant doctor network
Requirements
- Possess a medical degree along with meaningful medical practice experience and a strong grasp of daily clinical routines
- Demonstrated background in building and shipping digital health, clinical software, or artificial intelligence products

- Clear communication skills spanning clinical, technical, product, leadership, and regulatory groups
- Comfort operating at a senior, hands-on level within a fast-paced international team
- Active familiarity with generative artificial intelligence capabilities and limitations
Qualifications
- Current clinical practice or active medical licensure, though valuable, is not mandatory
- Practical familiarity with prompting, evaluation, error analysis, human oversight, or tools such as Cursor and Claude Code
