Veeva Systems is seeking a remote Senior Consultant to join its Align product team within the Veeva Vault CRM Suite. Responsibilities
- Participate and lead business processes due diligence, design, creation, and documentation of end-user requirements for customer application implementation projects
- Engage with senior management and executives as a subject matter expert
- Translate complex client and vendor concepts for audiences with varying perception levels
- Build subject matter expertise on the Life Sciences industry and Veeva solutions
- Mentor and develop team members as a senior leader for both customers and internal groups
- Expand team capabilities by developing best practices and accelerators
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technology consulting with commercial life sciences or pharma commercial operations sales planning
- Hands-on experience with data management and process analysis, with strong proficiency in MS Excel for smaller datasets and MS Access or SQL for larger datasets
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for customer and internal needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of CRM experience in life sciences
- Master Data Management (MDM) product knowledge and experience
- Knowledge and applicable work experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry
- Business knowledge related to sales and marketing territory alignments and sales cycle planning
- Exposure to technical disciplines including Web Services, ETL, and SQL
